Group Class
The OG Girl Group Training. This is a drop-in style, full body strength and mobility mat based studio class set to a bangin’ playlist of pop divas and girl groups. Like “sculpt” but with grown up weights, this class can serve as complimentary accessory work to your heavier barbell lifts or as an excellent standalone strength training routine to add to your weekly movement rotation.
Beginner friendly with options available for all levels/ all bodies.

Group Lift
This is a semi-private training program over an 8-10 week training block designed to build progressive strength, confidence, and consistency in the gym alongside a supportive and intimate community. Focused around main barbell lifts and movement patterns, each group meets weekly and is capped at five people for plenty of space for questions and 1:1 support.
Beginner friendly with options available for all levels/ all bodies.

The “Girl” in Girl Group Training is not so much literal as it is an intention to create a space away from straight cis male dominated weight rooms. Girls, gays, and theys of all gender expressions are welcome.

Group Class is held at Group by Independent Training Spot on 39th and 6th Ave (close to Harold Square or Bryant Park subway stops) and Group Lift meets at Solace New York on 32nd and Park (close to Harold Square or 6 train stops)

Group Class is drop in style meaning you can come every week or just when you want. You won’t be lost if you miss a class. Group Lift is a progressive program that builds upon itself, so participants will sign up for the entire series with 2-3 allowed absences depending on the program length.
